1. Service Use

  • Our platform allows users to book cabs for local, outstation, and airport transfers.
  • Bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Advance payment may be required to confirm your booking.
  • Fare estimates may vary based on distance, route, waiting time, and traffic conditions.
  • Toll, parking, and state taxes (if applicable) are extra and payable by the user.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide accurate pickup and drop-off information.
  • The user must not engage in any illegal, unsafe, or disruptive behavior during the ride.
  • Any damage caused to the cab by the user will be chargeable.

4. Driver Conduct

  • Drivers are expected to behave professionally and adhere to traffic rules.
  • In case of any complaint regarding the driver or ride, please contact our support team.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • ANU TRAVELS is not liable for delays due to traffic, breakdowns, weather, or unforeseen incidents.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in the cab after the ride is completed.

  • Location data for pickup and drop-off
  • Payment details (handled securely via third-party gateways)

  • To process cab bookings and send updates
  • To improve our service quality and user experience
  • To respond to support or feedback requests

3. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or rent your data.
  • Your information may be shared with drivers and payment processors only as needed to fulfill your booking.

4. Data Security

  • We use secure systems and encryption to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights

  • You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy

We strive to offer flexible cancellation and refund terms for our customers.

1. Cancellation by Customer

  • More than 2 hours before scheduled pickup: Full refund
  • Less than 2 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee may apply
  • After the cab has been dispatched: No refund

2. Cancellation by ANU TRAVELS

  • If a cab is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund if payment was made in advance.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If the customer is unreachable or absent at the pickup location, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process

  • If any refunds approved it will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
